Snap a receipt, we do the typing
Take a photo of a receipt and Zappsy picks up the date and amount where it can, so you are not typing numbers in at the kitchen table.
For EOTAS families in Cornwall
Zappsy helps you manage your child's EOTAS direct payment budget. Snap receipts, log mileage, see what is left, and message your coordinator, all in one calm place.
Managing a direct payment budget means receipts, statements, mileage, and questions. Zappsy keeps all of it together, so nothing lives in a shoebox or a search through old emails.
Take a photo of a receipt and Zappsy picks up the date and amount where it can, so you are not typing numbers in at the kitchen table.
Upload your monthly bank statements as photos or PDFs. They are filed by month, so nothing gets lost down the back of an email.
Your budget for the term, what has been spent, and what remains, shown clearly with no spreadsheets required.
Log trips to sessions and appointments with a start and end postcode. Zappsy works out the distance and keeps the record for you.
Questions about a receipt or a payment go straight to your coordinator inside the app, so everything stays in one thread.
Your records are encrypted, and the database itself makes sure your family can only ever see your own information.
Four small habits, and the end-of-term reconciliation takes care of itself.
Your coordinator sets up your family account with your direct payment budget already in place. Nothing for you to configure.
Snap receipts and log mileage when they happen, in under a minute. Little and often beats a shoebox in March.
Every receipt and trip updates your running total, so you always know where you stand this term.
Your coordinator sees what you send in and marks it as looked at. If there is a question, they message you in the app.
Zappsy deliberately avoids pass-or-fail traffic lights. Each status has its own calm colour, and a question is just a conversation, not a black mark.
You are managing public money for your child, and Zappsy never treats that like a test you might fail. Everything you send in simply moves calmly through these stages.
Zappsy is invitation only, because it manages real council budgets. Here is how a family joins.
If your family receives an EOTAS direct payment, your coordinator sets up your account. You cannot sign up on your own, and that is deliberate: it keeps the scheme secure.
Zappsy for families is on the Apple App Store now, with Google Play to follow. Download it once you have your invitation.
Sign in with the details from your invitation. Your budget is already set up and waiting for you.

Straight answers to the things parents usually want to know first.
No. Zappsy is provided as part of how your EOTAS direct payment scheme is administered. There is nothing for families to pay.
Only you, your coordinator, and the small Kernow team who administer the scheme. Other families can never see your records, and we never sell data or use it for advertising. The privacy policy explains this in full.
Nothing bad happens. Your coordinator will simply message you in the app to sort it out. Zappsy is there to help you get it right, not to catch you out.
If you can take a photo on your phone, you can use Zappsy. Everything is one step at a time, with large clear text, and your coordinator can help you get set up.
Yes, keep them if you like. Zappsy works from photos of your receipts, so the paper original can stay in a drawer as a backup.
